Glad you are here. A little about me. I am a mama, homemaker, and wellness nerd with a Christian based blog. I have been on the blog and fitness scene in some capacity since 2012, both as a trainer and writer.
I was 41 when I had my son. That blessing came after multiple miscarriages in the midst of a global pandemic. This fueled me to acquire my health coach certification and become an advocate for women's wellness and family health.
So hear I am, choosing joy and romanticizing life. Simply sharing my practices for Christian homemaking and holistic wellness with my son and husband by my side.
